The Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC) bid to host the 2026 Congress of the World Union of Wound Healing Societies (WUWHS).
Why It Matters
There were many different components prepared for this bid process – Think slide presentations, journal articles, exhibit booth panels and more. Throughout it all, it was important to demonstrate:
- Unique and comprehensive programming plan
- Coalition of experienced and competent international leadership
- Collaboration with a host city that is easy to get to from anywhere in the world, easy to navigate upon arrival, and offered rich multicultural opportunities outside the Congress.
